Sling Chicken places you in a barn, attached to a first wooden rung, before propelling you upward from hold to hold. During play, you build momentum, release at the right moment, then watch the chicken fly through the air hoping to reach the next support without hitting an obstacle. Very quickly, the climb becomes tense, because some holds are watched by spinning saws and other passages are partially blocked by planks that leave only an opening to aim at. You do not climb simply to survive; you are mainly trying to gain meters, since your score depends directly on your maximum height. Meanwhile, golden eggs sometimes float along your trajectory, which pushes you to choose between a cautious route and a riskier detour to improve your gains. As seconds pass, the pressure rises, because a rival hen climbs beside you as well and the duel lasts only 90 seconds. You then feel every decision matter: aim quickly to keep the pace, or slow down for a moment to avoid a fatal collision. If you crash in the middle of a match, your progress freezes at your best height and the round ends shortly after, which still leaves a chance to win if you were ahead at the moment of the fall. This rule really changes the way you play, because it is not only about going ever higher, but also about knowing when to secure your lead. Between matches, you recover coins and rank points, which allow you to unlock cosmetic items before embarking on a new ascent. It is your turn to play. Enjoy!
