In Pixel Flow, you guide kittens of different colors across a grid to erase the corresponding pixels by drawing a separate path for each. From the first levels the rule seems simple, but the game tightens quickly because each color requires its own route and the available space dwindles as you progress. You study the layout of the pixels, anticipate useful passages, then send each kitten at the right moment to clear the area without blocking the rest. The satisfaction comes from that clear, almost immediate progression when a correct path suddenly frees an entire corner of the board and lets you grasp the level's logic in an instant. During a game you are constantly torn between the desire to go quickly and the need to prepare each route carefully. A wrong route can doom an entire portion of the grid, because an occupied passage can no longer accommodate another color. Some boards require starting with a hue you would have liked to keep for the end, simply to preserve essential corridors. Others force you to bypass still-present pixels in order to create a viable flow before the final clearing. The game therefore relies on your sense of order, observation and foresight, with a rise in difficulty that pushes you to revise your strategy rather than to attempt things at random. The whole remains clear, visual and engaging, with the small pleasure of solving a neatly constructed puzzle. Enjoy!
