You observe an infested area through a rifle scope, then everything speeds up when the zombies begin advancing in waves and every shot must really count. In Master Sniper - Zombie Attack, the gameplay places you in first-person view at the heart of scripted missions where the objective constantly changes, preventing any routine. One level may ask you to completely clear an area, another to protect a base during an assault, then to hunt a special target among more ordinary enemies. You alternate between observation, precise shooting and managing your safety, because missing several threats in a row opens the way to encirclement. Some undead behave differently, which forces you to revise your priorities instead of mechanically aiming at everything that moves. The tension comes from this simple and direct feeling: you hold out for a few seconds, then the situation overflows, and you must regain control before being overwhelmed. Over the course of a session, you do not only shoot, you also make survival decisions that influence your effectiveness from one mission to the next. Eliminated enemies can drop useful resources, which pushes you to stay alert until the last moment to retrieve items to progress. You then unlock new weapons, upgrade your ammunition, reinforce your medkits and adapt your equipment according to your way of approaching engagements. One important detail specific to certain sequences is the ability to hold your breath to stabilize your aim in the tensest moments. Another notable element is the endless mode, which turns the experience into an endurance test where the pressure never really subsides. If you advance without preparing your arsenal, objectives quickly become harder to hold, especially when several types of threats intersect at the same time. Each mission thus gives the feeling of a siege to be contained with coolness, precision and timing. Enjoy!
Use the mouse to aim and to shoot, 1-3 to switch ammo types, G to user medkit and tab to toggle cursor.
