Lazy Dog places you in front of a puppy lying down who is waiting for its ball, and each level consists of making it roll to him by drawing lines or ropes in the right place. You observe the starting position, estimate the rebound angle, then launch your idea hoping that physics does the rest. Very quickly, the game becomes a little sequence of clever trials, because a trajectory that seemed perfect can send the ball too far, block it on a relief or make it pass beside the dog. You must therefore adjust your drawings, choose the right moment to act and use the environment to channel the movement. When everything finally links together, the ball slides, bounces, turns around an obstacle and ends its course in the right place, which makes success particularly satisfying. As you progress through the puzzles, you do not only try to finish the level, you also attempt to collect the bones scattered around to get the best possible score. This pursuit changes your way of playing, because it is no longer enough to reach the goal, you must build a more precise, sometimes bolder path, to make the ball pass through several zones before it arrives. Some levels also require using the impulse of a cannon to relaunch the ball and reach all objectives, which adds another layer of thought to the placement of your lines. Between the gentle atmosphere, the warm visuals and situations that constantly renew the trials, Lazy Dog offers a clear, accessible progression, but refined enough to make you want to improve every solution. Your turn to play! Enjoy!
