In FISH FACTORY, you arrive on a voxel island where a simple pier must become a thriving fishing village. You explore its lively shores, watch the animals roaming around, and carefully choose the precise spot where you cast your line. Every catch requires concentration, as the fish only joins your stockpile after a successful struggle. The available species change depending on the location you explore and the time of day, encouraging you to return to the same shores with a new approach. As the game progresses, the sun gives way to night, lanterns light up the facilities, and new creatures appear in the water. You then search for the fish missing from your collection of 100 species, while deciding whether to fish for a long time in a familiar area or invest in expanding your playground. Once you bring in a catch, you carry it to the glowing circle at the receiving station. It is then sent to an available conveyor and processed to earn you coins. This loop gives each session a pleasant rhythm, balancing the satisfaction of a successful catch with the desire to develop the business without rushing. You upgrade the workshops, prepare to open your fish shop, and watch visitors come to buy your products. Net handlers also retrieve certain catches, while a fishing parrot may occasionally bring you an extra fish.
