Cooking City puts you behind the stoves of a restaurant where customers arrive without delay, demand their dish and test your sense of rhythm every second. From the start of a round, you chain the preparation of orders, watch several foods at the same time and serve each visitor before the line grows too long. The tension rises very quickly, because it is not enough to cook, you must also keep an eye on the time, prevent a dish from burning and decide which plate to send first. Between an impatient child, a table that wants to be served immediately and a new order that arrives, you really feel the urgency of service. The music fits the atmosphere well, but everything remains perfectly playable if you prefer to focus only on what is happening on the screen. Over the levels, you move from one establishment to another, discover new recipes and must adapt to increasingly hectic situations. Burgers, hot dogs, sausages, soups or fries, each kitchen requires you to organize your actions methodically to avoid wasting time. Blockages often come from a poor sequence, a dish forgotten for too long or a service started too late, so you learn to anticipate rather than endure. Coins and diamonds earned are used to upgrade the kitchen and buy useful aids, which concretely changes the way you approach the most demanding levels.
