Animal Clinic (Anomaly) puts you behind the counter of a veterinary clinic where every arrival seems adorable-until a disturbing detail breaks the routine. At the start of your shift, you welcome patients, speak with them, and prepare their files before escorting them through the facility. Tasks follow one another with apparent normality, but the atmosphere tightens whenever a behavior, silhouette, or part of the décor seems abnormal. You must stay alert while continuing your work, because the clinic does not give you time to observe without taking action. Every patient may conceal an almost-believable anomaly, and one too-quick glance could make you miss the crucial clue. During the game, you move between reception, treatment rooms, and surveillance equipment to keep an eye on what is happening around you. Security cameras offer another view of the premises, which is useful when you suspect that a situation has changed outside your field of vision. The danger is not limited to an administrative mistake: some anomalies can attack and put direct pressure on your mental health. You must then react to free yourself, keep your composure, and resume managing the clinic. Between unsettling humor, tension, and strangely cute animals, every shift becomes a race to spot the impossible, preserve your sanity, and reach the required quota. Your turn! Enjoy!
Use WASD to move, hold the right mouse button to look around, the spacebar to jump, E or the on-screen prompt to interact, keys 1-9 to select an inventory item, and the left mouse button to use an item or weapon and to break free during an anomaly attack. While viewing security cameras, use Q for the previous camera, E for the next camera, and the spacebar or Esc to exit. On mobile, use the left joystick to move, swipe on the right to look around, and use the on-screen buttons to jump and interact. While viewing cameras, use the on-screen buttons to switch between cameras or exit. Hint: Talk to the patient at the desk, stamp the forms, take a photo, use the registration computer, then print the badge, take it, and place it. Escort the patient to a room, run tests, treat them, and watch for anything strange. Anomalies can look almost normal, so look twice, protect your sanity, and finish the shift quota!
